Certified Nutritional Consultant (CNC), Certified Holistic Nutritionist (CHN)
Rebecca Renfrow is a 34 year old Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Nutritional Consultant based in the West Kootenays of British Columbia, Canada. Wife and mother of 4, Rebecca started her nutritional studies in the early spring of 2016, with Alive Academy of Natural Health under their Nutritional Consulting Diploma Program. She received her first diploma for Applied Nutrition, giving her the designation of CHN, in late spring of 2018. She received her second and last diploma for Nutritional Consulting giving her the designation CNC in early February of 2020, choosing to specialize in nutritional counselling after her last course and schooling towards Nutritional Counseling and Education Skill Development.
Rebecca grew up in a small town outside of Calgary Ab, and moved to BC in the summer of 2010. After 6 years her and her family took a leap and were able to buy their first home in Trail BC, where they now call home.

In 2014, and after giving birth to her 4th and final child, Rebecca started her journey of health and wellness with a mission to finally alleviate her extreme digestive pains and symptoms of GERD (gastro-esophageal reflux disorder). After successfully getting her weight to a healthier space for her body, and slowly finding a love for food and health Rebecca decided to start a site which was known as Sweat & Cinnamon. Once she began to delve into the world of wellness and nutrition she felt the pull, if not the necessity, to properly educate herself further. After 4 years of learning and receiving her education Rebecca made the switch and officially became the business known as R. Anne. R Nutritional Consulting. After some time and growth Rebecca felt one last name change was in order, to encompass the idea that health is not just about nutrition and feeding your body, but also in feeding your mind and in feeding your soul. R. Anne. R Holistics was born and with it born also, The Collective Soul, a small side project where by nurturing her creativity, she is able to feed her soul while creating gifts others.
In the nutrition space as well as the health space in general Rebecca has found a calling in working to rid the health world of the stigma of “all or nothing”. She strives to help others settle into a realistic way of living that becomes natural to them through slow and steady cognitive restructuring techniques along side habit forming/changing methods. She wants others to find their love of health and food and life by scrapping the feeling of needing to do it right, all the time, or not at all.
In 2022, after much thought and intensively looking into the company, Rebecca also decided to partner with Usana Health Sciences. and become an associate, selling high end, quality, science based supplements and nutritional products to those who’s means allowed for it. An incredible company, with a fantastic story, and a founder with an incredible humanitarian heart and soul dedicated to helping make an impact on the worlds hunger crisis.

Rebecca and her family have lived both right at AND below Canada’s official poverty line, and with a family of 6 she has an incredible compassion for the hardships that life has to offer from a socioeconomic stand point. From lack of financial ability to where you are on a map (i.e what food options are available to you), Rebecca believes every one should have access to proper nutritional information and the ability to live healthier regardless of struggles. As such she has made a promise to keep her rates as affordable as possible while also allowing herself fitting compensation.
